This course has been approved by the NSW Building Professionals Board as a recognised CPD Activity for Registered Swimming Pool Inspectors, and A category Building Certifiers.

The course is ideal for Swimming Pool Inspectors, Swimming Pool Compliance Officers and A category Building Certifiers as it aims to clarify and reinforce your understanding of the Swimming Pools Act 1992, and Regulations thereunder. In particular, we will cover the requirements relating to:
•Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Amendment (Swimming Pools) Regulation 2016
•Residential Tenancies Amendment (Swimming Pools) Regulation 2016
•Clause 23 and 22A of the Swimming Pools Regulation 2008 ( that is, which version of the standard applies when)
•Section 8, 9 and 10 Exemption
•The requirements surrounding Section 22E Notices, in particular what information they must contain and the Certifiers obligations in relation to forwarding to Council

The course will also include an assessment tasks which must be completed before being presented with your certificate
